Permits have been filed for two four-story buildings at 2136 and 2138 Bedford Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Linden Boulevard and Martense Street, the lot is four blocks from the Church Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Joel Waldman of Monroe Holdings NY LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 52-foot-tall development at 2136 Bedford Avenue will yield 4,343 square feet designated for residential space with seven residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 620 square feet. 2138 Bedford Avenue will also rise 52 feet, yielding 4,885 square feet for residential space, with seven rentals as well averaging 687 square feet each. The steel-based structures will also have penthouses.
