Designed by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects, the structure yields 123 residences and 54 parking spaces. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 37 units for residents at 80 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $57,395 to $187,330.

Property amenities include on-site secure parking garage, bike storage, shared laundry room, gym, playroom, a recreation room, business center, and a rooftop terrace. Residences come with dishwashers, air conditioning, hardwood floors, smart controls for heating and cooling, patios or balconies, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity, including electric stove and heat.

At 80 percent of the AMI, there are six studios with a monthly rent of $1,576 for incomes ranging from $57,395 to $85,440; 13 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,681 for incomes ranging from $62,503 to $96,080; and five two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,002 for incomes ranging from $73,098 to $115,280.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are two studios with a monthly rent of $2,924 for incomes ranging from $100,252 to $138,840; eight one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,126 for incomes ranging from $107,178 to $156,130; and three two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,733 for incomes ranging from $127,989 to $187,330.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than December 12, 2022.

  2. Oh Vanessa lol. Yeah smack in the middle of Williamsburg. Not her fault, she’s probably never been here. And her editor barely knows his way around the city either.

    This one came out really nice, looks good in person.
