Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 650 Greene Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located between Throop and Tompkins Avenues, the lot is near the Bedford-Nostrand Avenues subway station, serviced by the G train. Eran Malka of Dido Properties LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 7,995 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 799 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 33-foot-long rear yard.
Infocus Design and Planning is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
