Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 1116 Madison Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Central Avenue and Evergreen Avenue, the lot is near the Gates Avenue subway station, serviced by the J and Z trains. Dianping Chen is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 40-foot-tall development will yield 8,790 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 879 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

Robert Lin of A&T Engineering is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
