Built in 1914 and renovated in 2019 by the Restoring Communities Housing Development Fund Corp., the structure yields 16 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three newly renovated units for sale for residents at 90 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $58,000 to $129,690.

Eligible buyers must have 10 percent down payment of the purchase price. Buyers must occupy the unit as their primary residence. Buyers are responsible for the unit’s electricity and monthly maintenance.

At 90 percent of the AMI, there are two one-bedrooms with an estimated sale price of $149,054 for incomes ranging from $58,000 to $108,090; and one two-bedroom with an estimated sale price of $178,865 for incomes ranging from $79,000 to $129,690.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than June 13, 2022.
