Permits have been filed to enlarge a two-story commercial building into a seven-story mixed-use building at 364 Bay Street in Tompkinsville, Staten Island. Located between Grant Street and St. Julian Place, the lot is near the Tompkinsville Staten Island subway station. Zachary Kadden of Madison Realty Capital is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 65-foot-tall development will yield 132,683 square feet, with 110,600 square feet designated for residential space and 22,083 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 185 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 597 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar, an 86-foot-long rear yard, 55 enclosed parking spaces, and 87 open parking spaces.

AM Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the development will add on to the existing building. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
