Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 138-25 Barclay Avenue in Flushing, Queens. Located between Union Street and Kissena Boulevard, the lot is near the Main Street subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Joel Werczberger of Watermark Capital Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 73-foot-tall development will yield 40,952 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 48 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 853 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, 24 open parking spaces, and 24 bicycle storage spaces.

ND Architecture & Design is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in March for the two-story building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
