Permits have been filed for a 13-story mixed-use building at 131 Concord Street in Downtown Brooklyn. Located between Jay Street and Bridge Plaza Court, the lot is a short walk to the York Street subway station, serviced by the F train. Cheskel Schwimmer under the Chess Builders LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 135-foot-tall development will yield 48,558 square feet, with 48,378 square feet designated for residential space and 180 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 73 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 662 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and eight enclosed parking spaces.

S. Wieder is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed earlier this month for the two-story building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
