Amenities including bike storage lockers, security cameras, an elevator, and a rooftop terrace. Units come equipped with name-brand appliances and finishes, dishwashers, air conditioning, washers and dryers, and hardwood floors. Tenants are responsible for electricity.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are three one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,400 for incomes ranging from $82,286 to $139,620; and one two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,090 for incomes ranging from $105,943 to $167,570.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than March 4, 2022.

How does that kitchen comply with ADA? Did they just say they’d remove the dishwasher if someone in a wheelchair moves in?
Huh?
You need a 30″ wide removable cabinet so someone in a wheelchair can roll the front part of the chair under it and use the counter as a work space. I don’t see where that could be in the kitchen shown.
