Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 30 Bushwick Avenue in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Devoe and Ainslie Streets, the interior lot is a short walk to the Graham Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. MHL Capital Partners LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 80-foot-tall development will yield 19,223 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 21 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 915 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

Mortar Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
