Renderings from C3D Architecture reveal Sixty Six Clinton, a new eight-story condominium property at 66 Clinton Street on the Lower East Side of Manhattan.

Unlike the red brick-clad structures on either side of the property, the new building will have a pale gray masonry façade, a modern punched window system, and glass handrails surrounding an open air terrace above the sixth floor.

According to the project team, the building will top out at 80 feet above ground and comprise nearly 24,000 square feet. Residential area will account for 16,331 square feet. This includes 12 condominium homes, a roof deck, a fitness room, and six spaces for bicycle parking.

Vault Development and TLM Equities, the developers responsible for the project, have not commented on an anticipated completion date for the building, nor how the new residences will be priced.

  1. Awkward. Looks like a tall building that lost its top…

  2. Another underbuilt development that does almost nothing to help with the housing crisis.

  3. Need 3 bedroom
