Built in 1930, the 15-unit building yields 8,760 square feet. Available on NYC Housing Connect are six units for sale for residents at 110 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $88,500 to $141,790.

At 110 percent of the AMI, there are six two-bedrooms with a $314,383 estimated sale price and a $2,491 monthly carrying fee for incomes ranging from $88,500 to $141,790. Residents will be located between Columbus and Amsterdam Avenues, and within walking distance of the B, C, and 1 subway trains.

Prospective buyers must have three percent of the purchase price for a down payment, as well as meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments.

Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than August 30, 2021.
