Wieder Architect. Available on NYC Housing Connect are two units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $63,429 to $139,620.
Amenities include split units for heating and cooling, a shared laundry room, and rooftop access. Some units will have private balconies.
