Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 88-36 139th Street in Jamaica, Queens. Located between 89th Avenue and Hillside Avenue, the lot is three blocks east of the Jamaica-Van Wyck subway station, serviced by the E train. The Briad Group under the BH Jamaica, LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 85-foot-tall development will yield 99,344 square feet, with 70,692 square feet designated for residential space and 2,797 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 96 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 736 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 32-foot-long rear yard, and 41 enclosed parking spaces.

Richard Demarco of Montroy Demarco Architecture is listed as the architect of record.
