Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $76,286 to $159,640.
Residential amenities include a rooftop terrace, a virtual doorman, and security cameras. Units will have washers and dryers, energy-efficient appliances, air conditioning, and either a balcony or patio.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are three two-bedrooms with a $2,225 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $76,286 to $159,640.
