Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 11 Lewis Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located between Broadway and Stockton Street, the interior lot is one block west of the Myrtle Avenue-Broadway subway station, serviced by J, M, and Z trains. F. Goldberger under the 11 Lewis LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 60-foot-tall development will yield 8,553 square feet, with 7,620 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 13 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 586 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar, mezzanine, and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

Paul Marino of Engineering Consultant Services is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in January 2019. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
