Permits have been filed for a nine-story mixed-use building at 143-10 94th Avenue in Jamaica, Queens. Located between 143rd Street and Liverpool Street, the lot is close to the Sutphin Boulevard-Archer Avenue-JFK Airport subway station, serviced by the E, J, and Z trains. Makhan Sandhu under the 94th Avenue Hospitality LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 95-foot-tall development will yield 45,658 square feet, with 35,981 square feet designated for commercial space and 2,029 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 120 hotel rooms, with an average unit scope of 299 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar but no accessory parking.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
