Permits have been filed for a three-story residential building at 82 Milford Street in East New York, Brooklyn. Located between 75th Street and 76th Street, the interior lot is close to the Norwood Avenue subway station, serviced by the J and Z trains and the Euclid Avenue station, serviced by the A and C trains. Mario G. Zhingri of Fianzhin Builders Inc is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 33-foot-tall development will yield 6,720 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have seven residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 960 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and a 34-foot-long rear yard.

Paul Lombardi of Design Studio Associates NY is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
