Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 187-09 Hollis Avenue in Jamaica, Queens. Located between Jamaica Avenue and 190th Street, the through lot is closest to the 169th Street subway station, serviced by the E and F trains. Srinivasan Kulandai is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 37-foot-tall development will yield 21,820 square feet, with 17,647 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 19 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 928 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 42-foot-long rear yard.

Victor Suben of VS Consulting Engineering is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in July 2020 for a single-family residence on part of the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
