Permits have been filed for a five-story office building at 1010 McDonald Avenue in Mapleton, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Mcdonald Avenue and Parkville Avenue, the corner lot is also addressed as 15 Parkville Avenue. Steps away is the 18th Avenue subway station, serviced by the F train. Guardian Realty Management under the 15 Parkville LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 82-foot-tall development will yield 85,757 square feet, with 39,451 square feet designated for community facility space and 4,559 square feet for commercial space. The concrete-based structure will also have 83 enclosed parking spaces.

Yevgeniy Mekhtiyev of IMC Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits for a one-story building on the site were filed in January 2020. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
