Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 91-03 169th Street in Jamaica, Queens. Located between 91st Avenue and Jamaica Avenue, the interior lot is closest to the Jamaica Center-Parsons/Archer subway station, serviced by the E, J, and Z trains. Zhi Hui Li under the ZHL Realty LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

  3. On a residential block people need to start protesting so this can ne stopped immediately. The developer will not build a garage for their tenants this will also disrupt the decorum of the neighborhood.
