Permits have been filed for a three-story residential building at 781 Fountain Avenue in East New York, Brooklyn. Located between Old Mill Road and Flatlands Avenue, the interior lot is closest to the New Lots Avenue subway station, serviced by the 3 and 4 trains. Yehuda Vaknin under the 781 Fountain Avenue LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 33-foot-tall development will yield 6,734 square feet, with 4,322 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have five residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 864 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and a 36-foot-long rear yard.

Wu Woody Chen of Infocus is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
