Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 308 East 165th Street in Concourse Village, The Bronx. Located between College Avenue and Findlay Avenue, the lot is closest to the 161 Street-Yankee Stadium subway station, serviced by the B, D, and 4 trains. Joel Brach under the 38-39 Bronx Realty LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 72-foot-tall development will yield 13,745 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 22 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 624 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a 28-foot-long rear yard but no accessory parking.

Angelo R. Costa of Costa A&E is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
