Permits have been filed for a 14-story commercial building at 37-16 Union Street in Flushing, Queens. Located between 37th and 38th Avenues, the interior lot is a short walk to the Main Street subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Also nearby is the LIRR Flushing Main Street station. Lions Group NYC under the ZL Macedonia LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 189-foot-tall development will yield 207,239 square feet, with 87,641 square feet designated for community facility space and 42,020 square feet for commercial space. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, two sub-cellars, a 48-foot-long rear yard, and 142 enclosed parking spaces.

Raymond Chan Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
