Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 34 Lott Avenue in Brownsville, Brooklyn. Located between Strauss Street and Herzl Street, the lot is close to the Saratoga Avenue subway station, serviced by the 3 train. Chaim Sobel under the Lott Estates LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 42-foot-tall development will yield 5,831 square feet, with 5,566 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have nine residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 618 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 30-foot-long rear yard.
