Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 2864 West 15th Street in Coney Island, Brooklyn. Located between Neptune Avenue and Mermaid Avenue, the lot is one block north of the Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue subway station, serviced by the D, F, and Q trains. Lenny Gelfand of 2864-66 Realty LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

Zarina Kindo of Kindo Holdings is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
