Permits have been filed for a nine-story residential building at 2436 Walton Avenue in Fordham Heights, The Bronx. Located between East 184th Street and East Fordham Road, the lot is between the two Fordham Road subway stations, serviced by the B, D, and 4 trains. JD Lin of 2436 Walton Avenue LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 85-foot-tall development will yield 24,281 square feet, with 23,877 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 35 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 682 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, basement, and a 25-foot-long rear yard.

Xiucheng Li of SD Design Studio is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
