Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 73 West End Avenue in Manhattan Beach, Brooklyn. Located between Ocean Court and Hampton Avenue, the lot is a few blocks south of the Sheepshead Bay subway station, serviced by the B and Q trains. Vahe Sahakyan under the West End Avenue Development LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 72-foot-tall development will yield 8,431 square feet, with 5,936 square feet designated for residential space and 1,724 square feet for community facility space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 742 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a mezzanine and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

RSLN Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in June 2019. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
