Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 17 Eckford Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Located on the corner of Manhattan Avenue and Eckford Street, the lot is also addressed as 494 Manhattan Avenue. The closest subway is the Nassau Avenue station, serviced by the G train. Yisroel Greenfeld under the 494 Manhattan LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 63-foot-tall development will yield 15,800 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 23 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 686 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have 12 enclosed parking spaces.

Demolition permits were filed in September 2019. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
