Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 2484 Bedford Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Clarendon Road and Bedford Avenue, the lot is near the Beverly Road subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Ben Laundau under the 2484 Bedford LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 60-foot-tall development will yield 27,724 square feet, with 17,994 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 25 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 719 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 13 enclosed parking spaces.

S. Wieder Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed earlier this month. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
