Permits have been filed for two four-story mixed-use buildings at 106-25 and 106-29 Guy R Brewer Boulevard in Jamaica, Queens. Located between Tuskegee Airmen Way and 107th Avenue, the lots are near the Jamaica Center-Parsons/Archer subway station, serviced by the E, J, and Z trains. Jamil Uddin is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 40-foot-tall developments will yield 11,417 square feet each, with 7,616 square feet designated for residential space and 390 square feet for commercial space. The two buildings will have ten residences apiece, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 761 square feet. The concrete-based structures will also have cellars and three enclosed parking spaces.

Angelo Ng & Anthony Ng Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in September 2019 for one of the lots, the other is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
