The development arm of Suzuki Capital has announced a new apartment buidling project near the western boundary of Gowanus, Brooklyn. Located at 114 15th Street, the five-story building is designed by Darius Toraby Architects and will debut as Gowanus Manor.

The development will contain 19 residences, a portion of which include private balcony or terrace areas. Renderings from SC Property Development, a development division within Suzuki Capital, depict a red and gray brick structure with parking on the ground floor and cellar levels.

When complete, the building will comprise 16,549 square feet with additional rear yard area.

The $14.5-million project is expected to open before the end of 2020. At this time, the architect has not revealed what amenities or finishes future occupants can expect within each home.
