Permits have been filed for a four-story mixed-use building at 388 Christopher Avenue in Brownsville, Brooklyn. Located between Livonia Avenue and Riverdale Avenue, the lot is one block west of the Junius Street subway station, serviced by the 3 train and four blocks west of the Livonia Avenue station, serviced by the L train. Chaim Sobel under the 388 Mazel IGRR LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 42-foot-tall development will yield 7,724 square feet, with 6,914 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 691 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a 31-foot-long rear yard.

Jay Patel of Tecnico Engineering is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
