Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 2422 Lyvere Street in Westchester Square, The Bronx. Located between East Tremont Avenue and Zerega Avenue, the lot is nine blocks west of the Zerega Avenue subway station, serviced by the 6 train. The proposed 45-foot-tall development will yield 25,853 square feet, with 22,760 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 32 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 711 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have unenclosed parking on the ground floor.
Michael Depasquale Architect is listed as the architect of record.
