Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 140-46 Sanford Avenue in Flushing, Queens. Located between Kissena Boulevard and Union Street, the interior lot is four blocks from the Main Street subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Xi Zhao under the D&R Sanford Group LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The building will have 34 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 669 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and six enclosed parking spaces.

Angelo Ng & Anthony Ng Architect is listed as the architect of record.
