Permits have been filed for a six-story community facility building at 529 St. Ann’s Avenue in Mott Haven, The Bronx. Located between East 148th Street and East 149th Street, the lot is three blocks east of the 3 Avenue-149 Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Abraham Robenzadeh under the Omega Construction Solutions LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 60-foot-tall development will yield 7,864 square feet, with 7,351 square feet designated for community facility space and 513 square feet for commercial use. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and commercial space on the ground floor.

James Baculima of Structural Engineering Results is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  3. This just messed up my peace. Another building that looks just like all the others built here in the Bronx. I hope whoever they get as Management manages this building (and tenants) because I will be failing them and 311/911 constantly and make them the poster child of the Bronx.
