Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 186 30th Street in Greenwood, Brooklyn. Located between Fourth Avenue and Fifth Avenue, the interior lot is five blocks west of the 25th Street subway station, serviced by the R train. Roger Chan under the One86 LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 40-foot-tall development will yield 6,622 square feet, with 5,007 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have seven residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 715 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and rooftop.

Anthony Lee of AJR Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

No demolition permits have been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
