Located between East 158th Street and East 160th Street, the interior lot is three blocks west of the Prospect Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Kambiz Yaghoobian under the Forest LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 39-foot-tall development will yield 13,326 square feet, with 9,927 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 15 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 661 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar.
Badaly Architects is responsible for the design.
