Permits have been filed for an 11-story residential building at 656 East 176th Street in East Tremont, The Bronx. Located between Belmont Avenue and Crotona Avenue, the corner lot is about ten city blocks west of the 174th Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Radame Perez of Mastermind is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 113-foot-tall development will yield 148,992 square feet, with 127,911 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 153 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 836 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have 19 enclosed parking spaces.

David Danois of Danois Architects is responsible for the design.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
