Permits have been filed for an 11-story apartment building at 3162 Villa Avenue in Bedford Park, The Bronx. Located between East 205th Street and Van Cortlandt Avenue East, the lot is a few blocks south of the Mosholu Parkway subway station, serviced by the 4 train. Dino Tomassetti of Laquila Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 112-foot-tall development will yield 49,563 square feet, with 43,170 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 66 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 654 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have three enclosed parking spaces.
T.F. Cusanelli and Filletti Architects is responsible for the design.
Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
