Permits have been filed for a five-story apartment building at 443 Vanderbilt Avenue in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Located between Gates Avenue and Greene Avenue, the through lot is close to the Clinton-Washington Avenue subway station, serviced by the C train. Pinny Loketch of the Loketch Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 70-foot-tall development has 44,875 square feet designated for residential space, and will have 43 residences that will most likely condos, based on the average unit scope of 1,043 square feet. The concrete structure will also have a cellar, 12 enclosed parking spaces, and a 64-foot-long rear yard.

Jonathan Marvel of Marvel Architects is responsible for the design.

Demolition permits have not been filed. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
