The 70-foot tall development will also have a cellar, 13 off-street parking spaces and a 30-foot long rear yard.

Queens-based firm Lu Ning Architecture, PLLC is listed as the architect of record.

No demolition permits have been filed as of yet for the 1935’s two-story mixed-use building currently on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. Please pardon me for using your space: I’m a plain guy and I want to be plain with you. Thank you. (Hello YIMBY)

  2. 1935?! Try 1915 or earlier. What a shame to lose another ornate piece of Queens’ architectural history. #nimby

  3. Those remaining row houses wedged between larger buildings might be older but are no longer in context with the surrounding neighborhood. The additional housing near great transportation is badly needed.
