Global real estate brokers Cushman & Wakefield appear to be on the hunt for a new owner or developer for a uniquely positioned assemblage in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. Located at 1215 Fulton Street, the T-shaped site offers frontage on both Halsey and Fulton Streets, with a sizable interior portion extending East between residential structures on both North and Southern boundaries.
All together, the lot measures 44,607 square feet.

According to documents, Morris Adjmi Architects has submitted a zoning and design study for a mixed-use development measuring 142,657 gross square feet. The building would be comprised of approximately 78,000 square feet of residential area, 8,600 square feet for retail use, and a remaining 55,700 square feet for office.
No plans have been finalized yet.
