Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 3128 Henry Hudson Parkway in Spuyten Duyvil, The Bronx. The site is eleven blocks away from the 231st Street subway station, serviced by the 1 train. Six blocks away is the neighborhood’s Metro-North train station. TR Construction NY is listed as responsible for the development.

The 70-foot tall structure will yield 39,500 square feet for residential use. 46 apartments will be created, averaging 850 square feet apiece, which could be rentals or condominiums. 23 parking spaces will be included on site. Residents will have a lobby, indoor recreation on the ground floor, and a rooftop terrace.

C3D Architecture will be responsible for the design.

Demolition permits were filed in mid-September. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
