Permits have been filed for a ten-story residential building at 2150 Second Avenue in East Harlem, Manhattan. This differs from an earlier proposal for the site in 2014, measuring about twenty feet shorter. The site is three blocks away from the 110th Street subway station, serviced by the 6 trains. Mark NG will now be responsible for the development.
The 93-foot tall structure will yield 15,050 square feet, with 13,280 square feet dedicated to residential use, and 1,760 square feet for ground floor retail. 17 apartments will be created, averaging 780 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. Residents will have a lobby, accessory storage, and a rooftop recreation space.
T.F. Cusanelli and Filletti Architects will be responsible for the design, as they were for the first proposal.
