Permits have been filed for a five-story mixed-use building at 88 Tompkins Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. The site is located three blocks away from the Myrtle-Willoughby Avenue subway station, serviced by the G train. The Flushing Avenue subway station in nine blocks away, serviced by the J, M, and Z trains. Jose Jorge is listed as responsible for the development.

The 58-foot-tall structure will yield 21,150 square feet, with 12,900 square feet dedicated to residential use, and 2,690 square feet for ground floor retail use. 16 units will be created, averaging 806 square feet per unit, indicating rentals. Tenants will have access to eight bicycle parking spaces, a lobby and a rooftop recreational space.

Think Architecture & Design is signed on for the project.

Demolition permits were filed for the existing three-story building in January 2018. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
