Permits have been filed for a four-story hotel at 1616 Summerfield Street in Ridgewood, Queens. The site is four blocks away from the Halsey Street subway station in Bushwick, serviced by the L train. The Loketch Group is behind the applications.

The 54-foot-tall structure will yield 62,630 square feet, with 38,600 square feet dedicated to commercial use. 132 guest rooms will be created and will have 20 to 28 rooms from cellar to top floor. Guests will have access to a lobby and space to store four bicycles.

J Frankl and C. Mallea Architects are listed as responsible for the design.

Demolition permits were filed in March, though the estimated completion date has not been announced.

  3. Excellent developer does a great job and smart built the nicest new construction project on Wyckoff and has a vision on value dimola bros

  4. It looks totally ridiculous that a hotel will be built along private homes, why don’t they build more private homes. Pedestrians and other people see private homes and not a hotel?

  5. Hotel really private homes do not mix.Who will stay there?
