Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 3603 Barnes Avenue, Williamsbridge, Bronx. The site comes four blocks away from the Gun Hill Road subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Kol Zefi is listed as responsible for the development.

The 45-foot tall structure will yield 6,050 square feet, with 5,930 square feet dedicated to residential use. Ten apartments will be created, averaging 593 square feet apiece, indicating rental use. A duplex unit will extend from the fourth floor into a penthouse level.

Fred Geremia Architects is listed as responsible for the development.

Demolition permits have been filed in January of 2018. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
