Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 898 Bushwick Avenue, in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The site is four blocks away from the Kosciuszko Street subway station, serviced by the J, M, and Z trains. Josh Navi is listed as responsible for the development.
The 50-foot tall structure will yield 8,820 square feet, with 6,690 square feet dedicated to residential use. Eight apartments will be created, averaging 836 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. The building comes with a lobby, accessory storage, and two penthouse duplex units.
Gerald J. Caliendo Architects PC will be responsible for the design.
Demolition permits have been filed for the existing structure. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
