Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 99 Conselyea Street, in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The site is three blocks away from the Graham Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train, and four blocks away from the Metropolitan Avenue station, serviced by the L and G trains. Cleopatra Realty LLC will be responsible for the development.

The 47-foot tall structure will yield 5,157 square feet for residential use. Six apartments will be created, averaging 860 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. The building will include two duplex units in the cellar through the first floor, as well as two on the third through the fourth floor. Two units will share the second floor.

Stoa Design Studio will be responsible for the design.

Demolition permits have been filed January 10th 2018. The expected completion date has not yet been announced.

    Grew up a few blocks away. I remember how full of people that street was in the 1970s….
